Everything you need to make Keyhold yours in about 30 minutes. Delete this page, Design System and CMS Instructions before you publish.

1 · Rebrand checklist

Change the name, phone, email and address in ALL of these places, including the link targets, not just the visible text: Site settings → General (title, description, favicon, social image) · Site settings → Code (JSON-LD business details) · Nav and Footer components (logo, phone, email, social links) · Contact page and enquiry sections (tel: and mailto: links) · CMS page titles ({{Title}} — Brand) · Privacy, Terms and 404 pages. Also change the WhatsApp number: every page has a “WhatsApp Pill” layer whose link is wa.me/<your number>.

2 · Colours

Open Assets → Colors and edit the 8 colour styles (Ink, Paper, Surface, Muted, Line, On Image, Accent, Night). Each has a light and dark value. No colour is hard-coded, so the whole site updates at once. See the Design System page.

3 · Fonts

Text styles live in Assets → Text. Change the font family there and every heading and paragraph follows. The template uses one free font family (General Sans, Fontshare licence) for speed.

4 · Your homes and posts

Go to CMS → Rentals to add, edit or remove homes. Status (Available now / Available soon / Let) drives the filter pills automatically. See the CMS Instructions page for every field. Rent is the text shown on cards (e.g. €1,850/mo). Homes with Status = Let stay listed with a Let badge, so visitors see what you manage.

5 · Forms and leads

Select each form → Send to: add your email, or a webhook for Zapier, HubSpot, your property software or CRM. Field names are already clean (Name, Email, Phone, Message). The viewing form on every rental page sends name, email, phone, viewing_date, viewing_time plus hidden property and source fields, so you know which home the lead is about. Set its Send To as well.

6 · MLS / IDX listings (optional)

If you use IDX Broker, Showcase IDX or iHomefinder, paste their embed code into an Embed component on the All Homes page. It renders on the published site.

7 · Before publishing

Delete the “Template Promo” layer on the Home page, delete the three guide pages, connect your domain in Site settings → Domains, and set Performance → Font swapping to Always.
